What means the error "Security Header is not valid" ?

The error is due to the fact that you entered the wrong information into the username/password or signature field.

Most of the time the problem is the signature field... PayPal is not too smart in computing the signature ;-) so most of the time what it seems an uppercase I (i) is really a lowercase l (L). Just try the difference combination of L and I and everything will work fine.

In case you want to try another set of API Signature, revoke the one just created and request other API Credentials from PayPal in the hope that the signature field will contain characters with less troubles.

What if I can't see any API Credential option in my PayPal account?

Just upgrade your personal PayPal account (for free) to a Premiere or Business account and then you'll have the option to create API Credentials.
